Developer Agreement

Last Updated: [August 8, 2026]

This Developer Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the NexaStax Developer APIs, documentation, developer keys, and integration tools. By registering for an API key or integrating our micro-SaaS tools into your own applications, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. API Access and Credentials

Upon registration, NexaStax grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access our APIs and developer tools solely for the purpose of building and maintaining integrations with your applications.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your API keys and credentials.
  • Any API calls or automated requests originating from your credentials will be treated as authorized by you.

2. Rate Limits and Quotas

To ensure system stability, fair access, and reliable performance across all developer accounts, NexaStax enforces operational rate limits:

  • API requests are restricted based on your current tier or plan specifications.
  • You agree not to bypass, attempt to circumvent, or artificially inflate request volumes beyond your allotted quota limits.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

When utilizing NexaStax developer tools, you agree strictly not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute direct API access to third parties as a standalone competing service.
  • Use the API to process malicious code, malware, or unlawful content in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Scrape, store, or warehouse converted files or data beyond what is operationally required for your user workflow.

4. Modification and Termination

NexaStax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any API endpoint or developer tool, with or without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your API access keys immediately if you breach any provision of this Agreement.
