This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the permissible and prohibited behaviors when accessing or utilizing the NexaStax platform, including our file conversion tools, media optimizers, and associated web services.

By accessing NexaStax, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time to ensure the safety, security, and stability of our platform.

1. Prohibited Content and Files

When utilizing NexaStax to process, convert, or optimize files, you agree not to upload, process, or transmit any data that:

  • Contains software viruses, malware, trojan horses, or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of our infrastructure.
  • Is illegal, defamatory, threatening, highly offensive, or promotes discrimination and violence.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party without explicit permission.

2. Platform Abuse and Fair Use

To ensure NexaStax remains fast and reliable for all users, you agree not to engage in any activity that unreasonably burdens our servers. Prohibited actions include:

  • Automated Scraping & Bots: Attempting to access, index, or parse the NexaStax platform through automated means, scrapers, or bots without our express written consent.
  • Rate Limit Evasion: Bypassing, circumvention, or attempting to exploit API rate limits or file-size restriction mechanisms placed on media optimization or conversion tools.
  • Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code or underlying architecture of our proprietary micro-SaaS tools.

3. Security Violations

Users are strictly prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the NexaStax platform. This includes attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our network, breaching security or authentication measures, or attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network (e.g., via DDoS attacks).

4. Enforcement and Termination

NexaStax retains the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether a user's actions violate this AUP. In the event of a violation, we may take immediate action, which may include:

  • Temporary suspension or permanent termination of your access to NexaStax tools.
  • Immediate deletion of violating files or data.
  • Reporting severe violations, such as the distribution of illegal content or malicious software, to relevant law enforcement authorities.
